Terry Adamo

Terry joined the HOA in the spring of 2021 as the VP and Secretary. Terry has a background as a Senior Administrative Assistant and Project Management. For over 20 years she has supported executives in administrative duties as well as project management in the manufacturing industry. She is versed in communication techniques, organization, budgeting, exeution and fullfillment of government lead projects. She is experienced in grant writing and has had an 80% approval rate.

Terry and her husband Robert moved to the Ridgemont neighborhood in September of 2020 along with their four fur babies. They enjoy boating, craft shows, cars, traveling, good movies and spending time with friends and family.

Have a say in what your dues are being spent on.
If we don't have a board made up from our neighborhoods, we will be taken over by the Washington State HOA and their rules are much stricter than ours.
Have a say in the rules too. Don't like a rule? Be part of the change!
Share your expertise with the rest of the board.

BUT I DON'T....

Have time - We meet monthly for one hour via Zoom meeting and sometimes in person
Want to be targeted - We never are targeted. We are a legal entity and as such these incidents are non-existent
Care - By caring, you help to shape the way that the HOA is run, thus making improvements in the neighborhood, and ultimately improving everyones, (including yours) property values.
Have experience - To be a "Member at Large" we will walk you through what to do!
